Guidelines of a Sale

You can now buy directly off the website before the sale:-

Pay IN FULL within 24 hours of placing your order to reserve the item. Send proof of payment to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or whatsapp to 074 833 7000.

WHEN MAKING PAYMENTS PLEASE DO AN EFT AS BIG CASH DEPOSITS AT AN ATM INCUR TOO MANY BANK CHARGES.

If no proof of payment is received within 24 hours, the item(s) will be put back up for sale.

Please be sure to use the order number & your name as a reference on all deposits.

If no proof of payment is received before the sale time – bring proof with you or the item will be put up for sale.

This is not an auction sale – all items are priced and prices are sometimes negotiable.

There is NO ACCESS to the premises before the sale day. Entrance to the sale is on a “First Come First Served” basis.

When buying an item remove the price ticket & take it to the person in charge to pay.

Please do not remove any ticket if you are not sure you will purchase the item. Items purchased must be paid in full and checked out by our security staff before being removed.

All items are secondhand and are sold “As Is” – please check the condition & working order of the item before purchase.

There is No Guarantee that all items will be available on the day as they may be withdrawn without notice by the seller.

SELLnBUY SA are sellers agents only.

Any claims for a refund after the proceeds have been paid over to the seller (owner) are the sellers responsibility.

Right of admission is reserved. Breakages will be charged for.

Theft or fraud will be prosecuted – No bags and Jackets are allowed into the sale.

I was a bit skeptical initially when I was introduced to Sell'nBuy but all that disappeared after my first meeting with Gary and Cindy. As a professional, I always look out for qualities like professionalism and service excellence from service providers. I was so impressed on how Gary and Cindy handled our first meeting. They are true professionals in this business.

I would definitely recommend Sell'nBuy to everyone including my family and friends. Selling household stuff when you are in the process of moving on can be highly stressful. I transitioned very well when I was moving on because I didn't have to worry about how I was going to sell all the household stuff that I owned. Trust me, it's worth it to hire Gary and Cindy to do all that stuff for you so that you can focus your energy on other things.

Gary and Cindy were always punctual, actually they mostly arrived 15-30 minutes earlier to the appointment times we set.

In terms of how you can improve your service, I would recommend that you should maybe consider advertising yourselves more and make your business more visible. I think there are still a lot of people out there who don't know about your services and would like to have that peace of mind by having true professionals like you help them to move on smoothly.

 I also know that Sell'nBuy prices are fair as compared to other companies that offer the same services as they do. The percentage that Sell'nBuy charge clients is very reasonable. What I also liked most Gary and Cindy is that, they were able to listen to me when coming to how I wanted certain items to be priced. They always advice on how things should be priced as experts in their industry but also have the ability to listen to the client's voice when coming to how certain items should be priced.

To keep security tight on showdays, access is only given to long standing buyers or to new people who have at least made a deposit on what they wish to buy
We had 3 showdays. The attention to detail, is phenomenal. Depending on the size of the sale , anywhere from 3 to 9 staff were onsite.
Labeling every item with its price is done meticulously
Prices are determined together with the seller, but relying heavily on Gary's knowledge of what can be accepted in the current market, which is accurate.
As a lovely bonus, our 2 cars got sold as well, in a way that was much simpler, at far better prices and much more effective than the complex way the car dealers we approached,  offered.
Financial matters received meticulous attention to detail and every commitment was always met. 
We had other companies, such as Estate agents, to help us on our exit. Their service did not come close to that of BuynSell.

Therefore we feel , they are one of only two companies we dealt with out of about 20, that deserve a referral
